Great rooms, lovely setting. The family who run it were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend for a weekend away or a wee whisky trip to Speyside.
A wonderful boutique B&B. Centrally located in Craigellachie next to the River Spey.. Warm and accomodating hosts. Warm rooms. Great breakfast.
2nd time to be hosted by Scott & Jodi and wont be the last. Hospitality is amazing, whisky knowledge great, rooms well appointed, great size and elegant. Toiletries used are sensational. Pizzas and bites for dinner really good, bar and sitting room are great places to relax and talk to other guests. Breakfast options are good and quality always delivers. Only 6 rooms so booking well in advance is a must and my advice is to give them a call and get that personal service rather than booking through an OTA. Looking forward to planning trip 3 in the near future.
Everything about the Criagellachie Lodge was great. The food was delicious, with fresh Scottish produce on the menu and all handmade (this included the best haggis bon bons I think I've ever had). The bar had an excellent whisky selection, with lots of other options for those who dont like whisky, including an amazing espresso martini. The staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Really looking forward to another visit.
Lovely hotel, beautifully designed and decorated, very comfy rooms. The welcome was warm and friendly we felt “at home” immediately. The food was also very nice and the whisky bar is outstanding!
This review is long overdue! We stayed at Craigellachie Lodge for 3 nights in October and absolutely loved our stay! Jodi and Scott were amazing hosts and Amber, Rose, and Amy gave us great service at the lodge and restaurant! The pizza is sooo good, along with the appetizers and wine! I'm confident every item on the menu is excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, and we so appreciated that the staff and chef accomodated our earlier breakfast needs due to booked excursions in the area. Super cozy atmosphere, the rooms tastefully decorated and spacious, with everything you need! Great bathrooms with plenty of room! We will be back the next chance we get! Thank you for everything, we truly appreciated the kindness and desire to make our stay perfect!
Bonjour Jodi & Scott and the team ! We had a very pleasant stay in your pretty house. The decor makes you feel like you're at a friend's house. The welcome and service are very friendly and pleasant. The breakfasts are delicious and the evening meals are good and convenient... you could dare to try something more gourmet/gastronomiques! We hope everything goes well for the baby's arrival. Craigellachie Lodge is a truly beautiful and cosy haven. Scott and Jodi are simply the best hosts you could ask for, making you feel instantly welcome. The rooms are not just clean, but beautifully and fantastically appointed. The bar offers a delightful experience, and the breakfast? Extremely delicious! This lodge has absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay.
